Greetings! I am so glad that you clicked on my bio. My name is Tonya Goins and I am an East Tennessee native. I grew up in Claiborne County, TN. I have lived in the Knoxville area for over 20 years and I know it very well. 

Most of my adult life, I have worked in Property Management. I have 20+ years experience managing multi-family properties. I am a Real Estate Professional who is experienced in working in fast-paced environments that demand  strong, organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. Committed to superior service, I am trustworthy, ethical, and discreet. Confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. Also, I am detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects, which enables me to multi-task effectively. 

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and spending time with my grandkids.
