My wife, Venise, and I purchased our home in Central Florida in 2005 after extensive visitations on the west coast of Florida. We asked ourselves “ after a round of golf or a beach/boating day, then what?” Our answer was waiting for us here in  in Central Florida, home of several active retirement communities

Dancing to live entertainment, 365 evenings a year, every year….all of the sports venues you can imagine for resident use, hundreds of holes of golf, resident swimming pools,  recreation buildings for everything from playing cards to large Gatherings/parties and even exercise and educational classes!  This was precisely what we were looking for and, now,  also for over 100,000 people as our population grows….folks are here because they WANT to be here, NOT because they have to be here!

I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1972. I started in Central Maine with my own agency, then with RE/MAX and Keller Williams national franchises.  When we moved to Florida, I became a Broker Associate with Realty Executives in The VILLAGES.  This agency focuses exclusively on re-sale market. While I list and sell throughout The Villages, I also list and sell in the nearby retirement communities of Del Webb Spruce Creek Country Club and Stonecrest….these are fine opportunities for those who may find that The Villages is simply “not for them”….We are residents of Del Webb in Summerfield, Florida, about 4 miles north of The Villages.

FAMILIARIZING potential buyers with these magnificent communities of over 50,000 single family one level homes is a SERVICE to clients that I truly enjoy .  As a result, I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since 2007(when I began here) as well as “up north” over the years!

We have two married sons in their mid-40’s.

Our oldest, Rob, is a University of Maine grad and received his Masters from the University of Alaska where he and his wife, Megan, reside in Anchorage.  Both are employed in the oil energy industry.

Our youngest, Rick, is a West Point grad and earned his MBA from Boston College.  He and his wife, Dide, are well employed in Maryland and live in North Potomac.
