Charolette Wilson

I have worked as a REALTOR since 1978 and have owned my own company for several years. A few years ago, I moved my business into my home and worked from there, either alone or with one other agent. Just recently, I realized how much I missed the interaction with other agents. I decided to join Realty Executives Associates for several reasons: I know several agents in the company whom I consider to be friends; there are several new agents joining the company; and because Realty Executives offers training to become more familiar with the newest and best technology available in our industry. I think one is NEVER too old to learn.

I grew up and worked in my family’s construction, building and development business before becoming licensed to sell real estate. I have stated that “housing gets in your blood.” I’ve always found it rewarding working with buyers who want a new home; it’s exciting to see their joy when they realize they have some choices in the final product (their dream home).

I look forward to working with all of the REA agents and builders represented by this company. I have achieved the designations of GRI and CRS and am a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Knoxville MLS.
