Jim and Chris Warren have been in the real estate business for over 85 years combined! Both hold the prestigeous CRS (Certifed Residential Specialist) Designation. Jim is a native of the White Mountains. Chris is originally from New Jersey. Both know the White Mountains very well. Both are avid outdoors people and work extensively with our youth and are Hunter Education instructors, also. They are members of several wildlife organizations.
Our strengths are in negotiations and getting homes sold by pricing them right! We believe in keeping our clients informed and fully aware of the process of selling or buying homes and land. Jim is a former school teacher and we take pride in guiding both new buyers and sellers as well as those experienced in real estate matters through the daily details in their transaction.
