Crystal Lynn

Crystal Herrmann serves as Managing Broker of Realty Executives in Bellevue (Seattle) and the office in Moses Lake, Grant County Washington.  Realty Executives of Grant County opened as a Residential and Commercial Divisions.  Crystal serves as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the CFO of the Bellevue location and the CEO of the Moses Lake Location.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), also a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) plus a Certified Distressed Residential Specialist.

With Over 20+ years of experience, Crystal’s extensive background as a real estate broker, she personally excels at providing an experiences source of education and empowering her clients to making educated decisions on what is best for their needs. Specializing in Bellevue/East side/Seattle area for over the past 6 years in personal sales she also co-owned and managed the office with over 40+ Experienced Brokers.  Originally, from the Midwest, Crystal was among the top 10% in her market and opened an Realty Executives Office which grew to #1 in a very short 3-1/2 years.  She then sold her shares and moved to the great Pacific Northwest to partner with Ken Bell in the Realty Executives Bellevue Office.  Together with their new partner, Tom Perry, ambitious as they are, opened the office in Moses Lake.  This office will be representing one of the largest land owners in the state of WA.
