Born November 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky, Dennis is the eldest of 4 boys. Chief Master Sergeant Charles and Dixie Kraesig moved where the Air Force dictated, but for the large portion of their lives Hawaii was their home before retiring at Davis-Monthan.
While attending local high schools and University of Hawaii, Dennis’ first taste of Real Estate was with Mike McCormick Realtors in Honolulu at the age of 19. After a successful start in Real Estate, the 70s produced interest rates hitting 15% and Dennis exited Real Estate and moved his family from Hawaii to San Diego, where he joined what would become IKON/RICOH Corporation. This Fortune 500 Corporation required several moves throughout California. Dennis remained with the company for 23 years as one of their most successful mid-level managers. His belief in Real Estate motivated him to maintain his California Real Estate license while at RICOH.
Upon retirement from RICOH he decided to move to Tucson where his parents had retired years earlier. Since his visits to Tucson were frequent and sustained, it was a logical choice.
Retirement didn’t set well so he obtained an Arizona Real Estate License and had visits worked with several with several local Real Estate firms.
Dennis has a long standing solid reputation in the Tucson Real Estate Market for the last six years has focused on full-service Property Management.
Dennis joined Realty Executives Tucson Elite August 2015, and promises to continue to bring additional skills and experience to the already well established Ledford, Clark, and Clark Group.
Dennis' area of focus has been Property Management. He has worked in every area and disipline, from land sales, commercial, sellers and buyers, and new construction. The past 12 years has been Property Management. He has served on 3 committes, the local Tucson Association of Realtors, Profesional Development Committee, the Property Management Committee, and the State Association Grievence Committee.
