Diana Bingham

A resident of Yuma, Arizona since 1970.  I believe that Yuma, Arizona is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. We have beautiful weather 365 days a year and activities for people of all ages.  My family and I enjoy boating on the Colorado river, attending classic car shows and family gatherings, all year round, that include my husband at the BBQ and a game of Wahshoes with my daughters.   

One of my area's of expertise is in the customer service you receive from me, long after the sale or purchase of property.

I take pride in the fact my past clients feel comfortable calling me, whether it is a questions regarding the home warranty they recieved when purchasing property or to tell me they have provided my name and number to a family member or a friend.  I have built my business on the personal customer service each person has received and referrals from past clients.  Many of my "clients" and I have formed wonderful friendships.

I was awarded "REALTOR® of the year 2009" by the Yuma Association of REALTORS®.  This award is given to one real estate professional, in our 400 plus member association, once a year. It is an honor to receive this award and something I was very proud to receive from my fellow REALTORS®.  This award was for the dedication I have to my profession.

I am also the 2012 past President of the Yuma Association of REALTORS®.   I have held the positions of Education Committee Chairman and MLS Committee member and I have received awards for committee of the year.

I am a year round resident of Yuma, Arizona and surrounding areas and will be here long after the sale.
