Doug's unique combination of educational, work, and life experiences has given him the combined insight and intuition available to few real estate professionals. Doug graduated from Cowley College in Arkansas City, Kansas with additional coursework at Wichita State University and Arizona State University. He spent eleven years as Facilities Manager of a research facility on the campus of Oklahoma State University before co-founding a multi-operation manufacturing business. He worked for a law firm after moving to Tucson in 2008, where he drafted over three hundred patent applications before establishing his forever career home in real estate in 2011. Doug was awarded the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society Award in 2018 and continues to build his business primarily through referrals as he is proud to have received exclusively positive reviews.

Doug and his wife, Lisa have two adult children and enjoy camping in their travel trailer with their two rescue dogs -  Kip and Rusty, kayaking, hiking, and exploring nature and history. They are active in serving in their church and privately support charitable causes most important to them.
