Gail Damon

Originally from Michigan, Gail moved to The Villages in 2020. Gail quickly fell in love with The Villages & has a passion for helping clients find that perfect home to enjoy their best years here in our wonderful community. 

Having many years of experience in home construction, as well as sales, her Florida Real Estate career advanced quickly. In 2021, Gail achieved Diamond Award status & was crowned "Rookie of The Year" from Realty Executives in The Villages. In 2022, Gail once again achieved Diamond Award status & ranked in the "Top 20 MLS Realtors" in The Villages, Florida. 

With several degrees in Science and Nutrition, Gail enjoys helping others enrich their lifestyles through yoga, fitness, and balanced nutritional health education. 

Career and education goals aside, Gail's heart will always belong to her 3 amazing daughters, Abby & Zoe (identical twins), & Brooklynn Grace.
