Gerrit Gronowski – His journey

After graduating from Concordia University in Mequon Wisconsin, Gerrit moved to Florida hoping to pursue a career in law enforcement.  To earn a living while he tested and interviewed, Gerrit worked for a family member in the custom home building industry and realized his true passion was in construction.  Gerrit then moved back to Wisconsin and began working as a carpenter for a large remodeling company.  He then worked for a design/build firm as their project manager.  After several years, Gerrit decided to pursue his own venture G3 Builders Inc.  G3 Builders Inc. is now a well-respected, Lake Country based remodeling company.  Several years later, Gerrit made another big decision and added real estate licensee to his resume. The combination of real estate and construction have been very successful!

Because of his vast experience and diversity in the construction industry, Gerrit is uniquely qualified to assist his real estate clients with their home buying and selling needs.

Leann Gronowski – Her journey

Leann graduated from college in the field of Fashion Merchandising and has spent many years in the Retail Industry.  During this time she specialized in customer service and the analytics of the retail business world.  When “baby number three” arrived, Leann became a stay-at-home mom for several years assisting in the family construction business as well as volunteering within the community.  When she eventually did go back to work full time, it took Leann about four years to realize that she was ready to pursue her dream job as a Realtor.  The timing was finally right with her husband already being an established realtor. It was a natural for them to double their efforts and grow together as a real estate team. One that has a passion for people and helping them achieve their dreams!

Leann is the consummate professional and is extremely detail oriented.  Her journey and skills learned along the way guide her professional real estate career.

Gerrit and Leann – Their journey

Gerrit and Leann have been married since 1996. They have three children and have resided in the Lake Country Area since 2003. When they are not working, attending one of their children’s sporting activities, or volunteering; they enjoy socializing with friends, entertaining and travel.

With their diversity and skill, they combine their efforts for a unique experience to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.  The G3 Realtors Team has a wealth of knowledge and support that can assist you on your journey.
