Gina Marie John

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, I embarked on my real estate journey in 1997 upon relocating to Stoughton. Over the past 26 years, I've dedicated myself to the real estate industry, earning my ABR, GRI, and CRS designations and obtaining my real estate broker's license in 2006. In 2019, I proudly launched Realty Executives Capital City, aiming to further serve the Madison and Dane County area.

With nearly a quarter-century of experience, my passion for real estate is fueled by the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their dreams and surpass their real estate goals. My approach is centered on empowering clients with knowledge of current market trends, enabling them to make well-informed decisions with confidence. When I'm not assisting clients, I cherish time with my husband Brian and my daughter Lauren, as well as my extended family and friends. We have come to love Madison, whether exploring the vibrant cultural scene, enjoying outdoor adventures, or savoring the local culinary delights, I find joy in all that this dynamic city has to offer.
