I was on a 5-agent real estate team for 10 years where we managed 300 residential rental homes in addition to listing and selling homes . I grew immensely from this and still manage many properties. Property Management not only gives an agent very strong real estate skills and knowledge because you have to learn all areas of the business from hoa's, property taxes, sales tax, repairs, remodeling, tenants rights, landlord rights, etc- but you also gain many vendor contacts and you learn everything about the home inside and out for when it comes time for the landlord to sell the property.
