About Jen:

With a background in development, construction, residential and commercial buildings Jen is able to assess investments from both an analytical cash flow basis as well as a quality of life issue. She bought her first home, a lovely pink and purple beach house at the age of 22 then a few months later bought her first investment property and officially fell in love with real estate.
