Jessica Liljegren

Jessica is an artist at heart and has dedicated herself to her craft in various forms throughout her career.  A graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, she has been involved in various endeavors related to the arts; broadening her skills from setting up painting exhibits in Milwaukee’s Third Ward to co-owning and running an art gallery in the Grafton Mill, to finally finding her niche as a home designer/renovator with her construction contractor husband, Wade.  Together, Jessica and Wade have created a successful business focused on renovating homes in need of repair and restoration and have turned these homes into fully functioning creations of art.  Jessica understands the many aspects of rehab, which include an insider’s knowledge of the true costs involved in turning a house into a home.  She’s able to offer calm, data-driven advice to the clients she serves, whether they are looking at a fixer-upper or preparing their home for sale.  She is involved in all parts of the transaction from beginning to close and offers a fresh, artistic perspective on marketing your home that showcases each room in its best light. When not working in real estate, you will likely find Jessica spending quality time with family and friends, painting, working in her garden, or preparing a new recipe for canning.
