Jim Mangassarian has been a Real Estate professional since May of 1982, beginning his career initially with Coldwell Banker in Newhall, later recruited by Merrill Lynch who was bought out by Prudential California Realty where shortly thereafter they decided to shut down 55 of their offices including Newhall, being forced to move, Jim saw an opportunity with a new innovative company with a fresh new concept in Real Estate who was just getting underway and joined Realty Executives in 1990 and has bee with them ever since.
Jim has consistently been one of the top producers since beginning his Real Estate career in 1982 and is one of the few agents to receive the President’s Club award and the Leading Edge Society in 1987. His other achievements include: Receiving his Broker’s license in 1990, completing his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation in 1991 and his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1992, hi is continuing his education with his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification. Jim has Real Estate experience in Residential (new & resale), Ranches, Land, Multi-Residential (2-4 units & 5+ units), Commercial sales & leasing (retail, office & industrial) and Business Opportunities.

Jim is also an avid collector, he collects: Stamps, Coins, Model Trains, Pinball Machines, Disney Christmas Ornaments and Department 56 lighted houses and village accessories, but his passion is playing poker (Texas Holdem).
