Originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho, Julie, and Dennis were raised on farms learning the value of a hard day’s work.  Horses were always a big part of their lives, riding the mountain ranges to raising, breeding and training racehorses.  This team made the move to Prescott, Arizona in 1999 and has since become entrenched in the local community. Moving to Prescott Julie and Dennis brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the real estate industry with their backgrounds in interior design, government contracts and construction management as they launched a new career as Real Estate Agents.  With that knowledge and vast experience as a Contractor Dennis built the horse facilities at the Yavapai County Fairgrounds project in 2000.  

With the upbringing of horses, one of their many areas of expertise is horse properties, something that is in high demand in the Prescott area. This team offers expertise in representing both sellers and buyers as well as handling properties in various categories such as subdivisions, rural properties, acreage, land, and ranches.  These properties allow us to highlight our vast knowledge of properties that may have wells, septic’s, zoning ordinances, animal restrictions and number of animals allowed per acre, setbacks, flood zones, and other important considerations that come with purchasing a home, land or acreage.  This team is well-equipped to handle any real estate transaction, regardless of the complexity.
