Keith "Chubby" Chubb

Hi...Chubby here.  Yes, it's been my nickname since the days of Chubby Checker.  So I won't be offended if you call me Chubby.  My wife Jude Hamilton (yes like the song "Hey Jude") is my wife and realtor/real estate partner.  We became Florida realtors in 2021.

Originally from Canfield, Ohio (near Youngstown), I am a Bowling Green State University accounting graduate (1977) and spent 15 years in the accounting profession (in NC), several years as Controller for 3 different manufacturing companies.  In 1989, I started my own mobile karaoke entertainment busines in Charlotte and in the mid-90s, helped design, launch & market the most successful karaoke software line in the US (Sound Choice).  In 2001, I expanded my karaoke entertainment business to Cancun, Mexico where I lived and worked until 2020.  During my Cancun time, I also did medical presentations to tourists and as an "offical" performed 40+ beach weddings and vow renewals.  In June, 2024. my Charlotte karaoke business celebrated its 35th anniversary and is still going strong!
