My background is in Customer Service and Business Management.? In late 2001 I turned to Real Estate at the suggestion of a client. Now, I've been buying and selling homes with people in all areas of the Santa Clarita Valley for almost 15 years! I have worked through just about every different kind of market and with about every different kind of buyer or seller. In that time I have become an expert on what my clients needs are. Their needs, for their family, and for their future. It's still all about customer service!

The Santa Clarita Valley has many different neighborhoods ~ Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Castaic, Acton, Agua Dulce ~ these are the neighborhoods that I specialize in. I work almost purely on a referral basis and have done so for my entire career. I hold several designations and affiliations. I am a Realtor through and through.

I moved my family here to bring my children up in a safe and healthy environment. I wanted them to go to better schools and have an education that was one of the best in California! There has never been any regret leaving the beaches of Santa Monica to the beautiful oasis of Santa Clarita. It was, and still is, one of the most lovely towns California has to offer. My youngest son, who has moved away, recently told me how much he loved growing up here. You can't beat that testimonial!

When it comes to selling homes, it gives me the greatest pleasure to see a smile on my clients face when they are given the keys to their new home or the check from the proceeds of their old home!
