I am a dedicated professional in the real estate industry with a wealth of experience and expertise. My primary focus lies in representing clients who are interested in either selling or purchasing single-family homes or condominiums. As a full-time practitioner, this is what I do every day. However, my role extends beyond merely drafting purchase offers.
With a strong educational foundation in real estate, I obtained a Wisconsin Real Estate Sales license in 1977, followed by a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers license in 1985. These credentials highlight my commitment to staying up-to-date with the industry's regulations and best practices.
Moreover, I have earned the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation from the SRES Council of the National Association of Realtors. This nationally recognized accolade signifies my specialized knowledge in catering to the unique lifestyle and financial needs of senior clients and their families. Working with seniors requires an expert understanding of their circumstances, and I am well-equipped to navigate this demographic with empathy and precision. When it comes to real estate transactions, experience and knowledge are of paramount importance. Over the course of my 40-year career, I have undergone extensive training and amassed a wealth of practical experience. This accumulated wisdom enables me to provide my clients with an exceptional level of comfort and confidence throughout the buying or selling process.
As a proud Dane County resident for more than four decades, I have had the privilege of raising four incredible children and cherishing the joy they bring to my life. Furthermore, I am blessed with two adoring grandchildren, whose company I deeply value. In my pursuit of leisure activities, I actively engage in competitive tennis through my membership in the United States Tennis Association, where I enthusiastically participate in various leagues and tournaments. Additionally, I am a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Madison Area Builder's Association and a member of the Madison Blues Society. Furthermore, I proudly serve on the the Board of Directors for the National Alliance for Targeted Parents, a non-profit organization dedicated to combating childhood trauma and emotional abuse.
