Luis Hernandez

For the last 9 years, I have had the privilege to be a public servant in Tucson, AZ. I grew up playing sports (soccer) until college and knew that once I entered the work force I wanted to stay in an environment where teamwork, communication, and persistence would be valued. I saw those qualities in the sheriff’s department when I received the opportunity to work as a Corrections Officer in 2013. Over the next few years, I studied to become a firefighter and in 2017, I was fortunate to be able to work throughout several  fire departments throughout the city. Through all my years as a public servant, I saw many of the community needs and began to understand the supportive role I played for the people I served!

In 2019, I pursued my license in real estate.  Since I saw firsthand the positive impact that homeownership had on my family, I knew I could help other families realize the same.  I knew I could accomplish this by using the same values I cherished growing up. I began to quickly help educate family and friends on the path towards homeownership. This began to stir in me to take action and look to help as many families as possible. After 3 years of balancing both real estate and fire service, I took the steps to focus completely on real estate.

One of the decisions to partner with Realty Executives was due to the culture of the company and the leadership team. I am passionate about the security, options, and opportunity homeownership grants to those that embark on it. I look forward to the future and the impact I will continue to have in this great city.
