Mary Ruiz

Hi, my name is Mary Ruiz.  Over the past 30 years, I've had the fortune to reside and raise a family within the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley.  I've also served as one of the city's most productive real estate agents' for the past 20 years. A majority of my business is referral based (from previous clients).  The rest of my business is generated through networking and prospecting – yes, that includes good ole fashion door-to-door sales. :) I pride myself on having integrity, respect and knowledge of our local real estate market.  Friendly and prompt communication can be expected for all my clients.  When I'm not out selling houses, I'm either out cycling, hiking, or spending time with my family.
