I have been providing real estate services since 1990 throughout the state of California. Having lived and worked in San Diego County all of my life, I have good working knowledge for the area and County standards for building and developing properties in southern California.

The rural residential and agricultural area the bulk of my sale and experience over the years. I have also work in the interstate 15 corridor cities and Riverside County. 

Transactions such as Condo's, townhouses, planned developments, vineyards, farms, horse ranches, and commercial properties are part of my wide scope of experience.

My favorite types of sales are rural land and ranches. Give me good water and soil, one or two mature live oak trees, miles of riding & hiking trails and you have Warner Hot Springs my home.

Wells, septic, electrical, farm & agricultural buildings, easement roadways, and construction methods have been part an parcel of my education in real estate.
