Michael J. Degnan is one of the original founders of Realty Executives of Cape Cod. Michael has been the sales director of New Seabury Resort for the last five years handling all new construction properties. Michael and his staff has handled more than $35 million dollars in sales in that period. Michael also oversaw the startup sales of the waterfront community of Heritage Sands. 28 condominiums and over $15 million dollars in sales were realized in less than 20 months of marketing.
