Michel St. Vil

Prior to my real estate career, I attended college at night and earned a degree in Banking & Finance from City University of New York and secured a position at Bankers Trust Co. International Banking Dept in Wall St until my retirement. I always dreamed of becoming an independent contractor and the real estate industry offered me this opportunity. Holding a real estate license for the past 25 years as a part timer. Time was on my side so I joined the industry full time networking with family, friends and acquaintances giving me a long successful journey.

I am a real estate agent with Realty Executives Powerhouse, previously affiliated with a Century 21 office, receiving a AOne Million Dollar Award@; member of the prestigious AMillion Dollar Club@, and receiving AAgent of the Month@ several times. My goal is to continue to use every opportunity available, including my experience, every marketing tools and technology to better serve my clientele.

My wife and I have two beautiful and ambitious children and four lovely grandchildren. I am passionate about soccer, tennis and traveling.
