Michelle Gilmour

Hi my name is Michelle Gilmour and I am the Marketing Executive at Realty Executives Regional.  My family has worked in the real estate industry for 3 generations in various roles including Salesperson, Broker/Owner, Regional Developer and now Marketing Executive.I started my career in the real estate industry during high school as a summer student with Realty Executives Plus Ltd (Mississauga).

Since graduating Queen’s University, I have continued to move through different administrative positions at Realty Executives Plus Ltd and Regional. With a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Media, my eye for design, technology and adaptability to trends is an asset for all of our Brokerage's and Executives. As a Marketing Executive, I oversee the marketing of our company's brand. I conduct research and beta-testing of marketing materials and campaigns for Brokerages and our Executives. 

I work alongside the President of Realty Executives Regional, Scott Gilmour, in our head office, directly across from Square One. I consult one on one with our Executives to provide them with SEO training, and social media marketing and CRM troubleshooting.I offer our agents the opportunity to bring me into their virtual world as a fresh pair of eyes on their social media, free of charge. To date I have conducted approximately 40 of these 'audits' and I have seen up to a 200% increase in engagement from potential clients across all social media platforms. 

The passion for my work stems from a desire to help others. Our Executives are busy closing deals and meeting new clients. By providing one on one consultations and training, I create a calm environment of creativity without creating even more tasks on their list.
