Michelle Munera

Michelle Munera, an experienced real estate agent professional has worked in the industry since 2001. She is a true expert in her field offering her clients, many of them first time buyers, the patience, communication and trustworthiness they need and deserve. She has very strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail necessary in Real Estate, especially in a tough market.

Michelle previously worked with the prestigious firm Dickson Podley Realtors, a local independent with strong roots in Pasadena, California. At DPR she became director of "Servicios Hispanos" a division that would reach the Spanish speaking community and offer them the professionalism that was very much lacking in the industry. She also served on the Housing Affordability Committee of the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors for four years and organized valuable information seminars together along with the City of Pasadena. 

Now residing in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley since 2008 with her husband Edgar and two children Sofia and Julian, she now works with the #1 Real Estate office in the SCV, Realty Executives, to continue to bring her clients a high level of professionalism and service that exceeds expectation.
