Rachel Ray Honeycutt

Rachel has been working in real estate for over 8 years now and is not your average Realtor.  She understands the intricacies of salesmanship with buying and selling and can negotiate like no other, but she is an expert advisor and real estate guide rather than a gimmicky salesperson. 

Her love for historic properties and unique homes began from her childhood home, a 120 year old farmhouse that was once a local boarding house for girls and boys at the local country school.   She loves the wavy glass windows and solid wood beam construction of old homes– she is familiar in and out of the common features and issues in older homes and newer homes as well. 

She lives in South Knoxville, right on the Urban Wilderness trail system, which she uses almost every day with her dog, Lucy, her favorite mountain bike or either one of her rambunctious kids, Ruby and Sam.   She often works with clients in the outdoor industry and loves to help people find their home or farm of their dreams.   She loves being connected to nature, her community and city and working as a Realtor helps her to do all of those.
