Rick has learned through the years to balance his business life with spiritual. This means giving back in every way possible throughout his normal day. As a past board member of Shelter from the Storm Ministries (www.sftsm.org), he is very involved in raising money and managing the people who volunteer to help mothers in their program in their finance and budgeting.
In his real estate career and with his financial planning experience, he is very eager to help people fit a home into their whole financial picture. Rick will explain why it may not be in their best interest to buy a home at the maximum level approved by their banker.

We were hesitant to contact a realtor because of all the stories of them pushing towards houses outside of your price range. However friends highly recommended Rick so we decided to give him a chance to change our perception.
Boy did he!
From the first phone call to signing, he was professional, respectful, and became a friend. When we explained our unusual financial situation, he immediately knew who to have us contact and the financing became a non-issue. He recommended looking in surrounding areas so that we would have more options and it led us to our house. He never once showed us a house outside of our range! His knowledge about the process, and houses in general, was an incredible blessing to us as first time buyers. He gave us his input but never pushed an agenda on us. He went to bat for us with the sellers and helped us get the best price. On th day of signing, I am not sure who was more excited for us, us or him!
