Tommy Shibata

Originally from B.C., Tommy studied Business Administration at Simon Fraser University. He likes to stay active by running, biking and working out at his local Gym. He is also an avid stock investor. 

After joining the Executive level, Tommy immediately exemplified his professionalism and dedication to client care as he closed a $3 million + deal, his first deal at Realty Executives Plus Ltd. Tommy has experience of best practices for home buyers and sellers and knowledge of the housing market from a history in managing sales and subcontracting for home design companies. With a focus in Pre-Construction and Real Estate Investing, Tommy uses his online platforms to share education information for consumers, market updates, and economic forecasting. Tommy’s dedication to providing resources through his platforms has garnered traction from real estate professionals across North America. 

In the time that Tommy has been at Realty Executives Plus Ltd., he has been able to work closely with Broker of Record, Scott Gilmour and Director of Executive Development, Bunny Denton. With a combined 54 years of experience, Scott and Bunny have been incredible mentors to Tommy, helping cement his direction in real estate and establish a toolkit of Executive level resources. 

Tommy knows that real estate is a competitive profession, but instead focusing on the competitive industry, Tommy focuses on the needs of those around him; clients, realtors, other professionals, and his community. 

Tommy is an organizer of the Success Through Real Estate group that conducts networking events with like minded professionals. The purpose of the group is to educate, inspire and motivate people to build their assets through real estate.
