That said, my market perimeter is from Bothell to the North, Renton/Kent to the South, North Bend to the East and Seattle to the West. I know these markets. This gives my clients a wide variety of options from rural properties to city high rise concierge condominiums and prices points from affordable to affluent.
The greater eastside has it all; City living, treed neighborhoods, high rise condo living, homes on Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish, even homes with great lake city and mountain views. It offers prices from the affordable to homes for the elite.
The City of Seattle offers the excitement of the big city. It's just a short drive over the floating bridges to get to Seattle from the eastside. I know the city and assist clients with their real estate needs on that side of Lake Washington as well.
