Wayne McCormick

I am a native of Flagstaff, born and raised in real estate. To finance my Northern Arizona University degree, I was employed in the construction and property management business. I also renovated HUD and VA repossession properties for first time homeowners and investors. I have been involved in new subdivisions and construction projects since the age of twelve.

I am a yearly multi-million dollar producer. I typically rank in the Top 2% of volume production within the Multiple Listing Service.

My clients come from various areas. I am on the approval list of many relocation companies that have contracts throughout the US. These relocation companies constantly evaluate my services, and I maintain high marks with them. My past clients have included: faculty of Northern Arizona University, the physician community, Federal Government employees as well as city and county employees. I am on the approval list with all the major employers of the area to handle their relocation work. I have built my business on satisfied clients who have referred relatives, friends and coworkers to me. I am a yearly multimillion dollar producer. Consistently within the 100% club and recently achieved one of the top awards, Diamond Club Award, to be eligible for any of these awards you must sell 10 million plus in real estate yearly.

In 1999, Realty Executives received a plaque from the Chamber of Commerce for having been in business in the Flagstaff area for over twenty years. My father, David McCormick, started Realty Executives in Flagstaff in 1977.
