Realty Executives International is excited to announce Realty Executives Phoenix has been named the January 2017Brokerage of the Month. Led by CEO and President Mary Frances Coleman, owner Jeff Hawke and owner Joel Moyes, the firm made incredible strides in January 2017 as well as throughout the last quarter of 2016. Notably, the company attracted RedBrick Realty, a brokerage founded by Discovery Channel’s Property Wars star, Doug Hopkins and one of the most well-known real estate firms in the Phoenix area. RedBrick Realty has since taken on the Realty Executives name and the group of nearly 100 real estate professionals continues to operate in Mesa, Arizona.
On behalf of the entire brokerage, Claire Zastrow, Dale Schaechterle and Adam Zastrow of Realty Executives Integrity with offices throughout southeastern Wisconsin were presented with the 2016 Extraordinary Brokerage award.
At the 2016 Realty Executives International Broker Owner Conference held at the franchisor’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, this quarter, leading brokerages in attendance were recognized for their year-over-year accomplishments.

We are excited about 2017 and it was meaningful to congratulate Broker/Owners in person for all that they bring to our brand on a local level, as we gear up for the new year,” said Alysia Heun, director of franchise services.

Chris Barnett PC, Principal Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Southern Oregon, enjoys the challenge of helping clients with their unique needs. “I love the challenge of helping people. I go home every night knowing that I helped someone get into a home, or helped them move out of one. It’s very rewarding and gives me an adrenaline rush,” he says.
Scott Grigg has sold over $300 Million worth of real estate in his 12-year career, consistently ranking in the top 1% of luxury REALTORS® every year. According to Real Trends The Thousand award program, Grigg ranks ninth in the state of Arizona.
“I love what I do. I don’t consider it work since I have a passion for it. I am a deal junkie. I get a high every time we put a deal together,” he says.
Bruce Nemovitz is an expert in helping seniors transition into a different lifestyle. “My niche is helping older adults transition from their long-time home to a senior apartment or community. Many times this includes working with their children, who are helping mom and dad. I have a team of professionals all working together to make the senior’s move easy and successful.”

Wayne White has been a part of Saskatchewan’s real estate community for over 40 years. He’s been a member of the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS® (ASR) since 1975, a broker since 1978, served as president of the Association of Regina REALTORS® (ARR) twice, received an Honorary Life Membership from the ASR in 2004 and was named Regina’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2007. So it came as no surprise when the ASR and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) announced that they were honoring White with the 2016 Distinguished REALTOR® Award.
“To have contributed as much as he has to the boards and his community – that’s what this award is all about, and Wayne is an obvious choice for Distinguished REALTOR®,” says Bill Madder, CEO of the ASR. “There is no question about Wayne’s dedication to the REALTOR® community.
