Realty Executives Integrity, of southeastern Wisconsin, is proud to announce Broker/Owner Dale Schaechterle as the first ever recipient of their Visionary Award. This award was created to honor a real estate professional who not only is a leader in their field, but works to develop the skills of his or her entire team and plan for a better future.

Over the past 35 years, Schaechterle and his wife Vicky, have made his name throughout Wisconsin real estate, establishing a brokerage of highly productive sales executives and putting together one of the most recognizable and productive teams in the area. Created as a unique approach to providing better service to consumers, Schaechterle and the Executives at Realty Executives Integrity are committed to customer service and real estate excellence.

Pat Wunderlich of Realty Executives Integrity Helps Raise Money for Wisconsin Charity

Realty Executives Integrity is proud to announce Pat Wunderlich’s involvement in the 25th annual Ladies Theme Luncheon, which has now raised over $425,000 since its inception. The women’s group “Designing Women for a Cause”, where Wunderlich is a member, began 25 years ago and is a fundraising group that has been participating in the annual spring luncheon since the beginning. The group and luncheon raise money to support the charity ACAP (Adaptive Community Approach Program). Over the years, the popularity of their efforts has led to the addition of a cocktail party and most recently, a public viewing. The women’s group started as a modest home and school group but is now instrumental in the support of ACAP and other local non-profits.

Realty Executives Ranks in RISMedia’s 29th Annual Power Broker Report

RISMedia just announced the top 1,000 Power Broker firms in the U.S., and seven Realty Executives brokerages ranked among the best of the best. RISMedia’s Top 500 Power Broker Report based on 2016 sales volume was released earlier this spring in Real Estate magazine. The Top 1,000 Power Broker report ranks firms by both 2016 transactions and sales volume. In addition to the rankings, the report paints a clear picture of how the leading brokerages across the country are both setting and adjusting to trends, while gearing up for a low-inventory environment. Realty Executives Integrity, which serves home buyers and sellers throughout the entire southeastern Wisconsin area, has been recognized by Realty Executives International as the Brokerage of the Month for April 2017.

The company has gained the attention of local and national press for outstanding office culture and 2016 sales production. On April 27, 2017 The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel awarded Realty Executives Integrity with a “Top Workplace Award” for 2017. Now in it’s eighth year, the annual feature recognizes the best places to work in southeastern Wisconsin, as ranked by the employees (and in this case, real estate agents) themselves. At the 2016 Realty Executives International Broker Owner Conference held at the franchisor’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, this quarter, leading brokerages in attendance were recognized for their year-over-year accomplishments.

REALTY EXECUTIVES PLACES IN RISMEDIA’S 28TH ANNUAL POWER BROKER REPORT

RISMedia’s highly anticipated Power Broker Report was published this quarter, and six Realty Executives franchises made the list. Released annually, RISMedia’s Power Broker Report ranks the country’s top 500 residential real estate firms and brokerages by number of transactions and sales volume. The brokers surveyed reportedly closed 3,453,108 transactions and generated $1,123,494,913,023 in sales volume in 2015.

“This represents a more than $150 billion increase in sales volume over 2014, and nearly 250,000 more transactions—a clear indicator of low inventory driving prices higher,” says Maria Patterson, executive editor at RISMedia.
