Agent Assist- REA's In-House Transaction Coordinators

Agent Assist is a licensed, transaction-based department that works exclusively for Realty Executives agents.

We manage hundreds of contracts a month! This means we can help problem-solve on your behalf to help you win a deal/resolve an issue quickly. We present as your assistant on all correspondence and interactions with your clients, other agents, lenders and title companies. Communication is key, and we communicate with both YOU and YOUR clients to make sure everyone is in the loop! Each staff member of Agent Assist is a licensed Realtor, and the deparment is led by a licensed Broker, Barbara Newton! 

Operating hours: 8-5, Monday- Friday
