First and foremost, I truly enjoy my career as a full-time Realtor. I have been licensed as a Realtor for 24+ years. The most enjoyable part of my work is dealing with people and meeting their needs at all points of the selling and buying process. I am an excellent listener and understand how important effective communication is to serving my customers. I believe in serving my customers in the same manner I want to be treated- with priority given to quality and attention to details.

As a native of East Tennessee, I enjoy the natural beauty of our surroundings and the sincerity of the people who live here. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. My earlier work history includes 8 years of Mortgage Banking experience, which has given me an excellent background in the lending process.

My main focus in real estate is residential homes…both resale and new construction. I have excellent knowledge of the building process and what it takes to best market your home. I am a consistent top producer, achieving the Million Dollar Producer status every year. My service area encompasses the Knox Metro area: Including Knox, Blount, Loudon and Monroe counties. For the past three years I have production sales at a volume to be included into the Realty Executives Diamond Award.

My marketing strategy is to give as much exposure to your home as possible. This is accomplished through several means. One of the most effective tools is the For Sale sign, supplied with a brochure box with flyers featuring details and photos of your home. Additionally, today’s buyer will most likely find your home on the Internet before even contacting a Realtor! Your home will be available on multiple websites including Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com and my own Premier Agent Zillow website.  As a Premier Agent with Zillow and Trulia, on my listings I am given priority visibility so buyers can quickly contact me about your home.

In today’s market, a buyer’s visual impression of your home is critical. I utilize a professional photographer to ensure the best quality for your online photos, ad print photos and multi-media enhanced video. Another area of advertising is in Facebook marketing. I also believe Open Houses give good exposure to listings. I would be happy to go over my marketing plan for your home in much more detail.
