April Ganser-Belew

April Ganser is our lead buying specialist. She is originally from Pleasanton, California, but has lived in Tennessee for the last 9 years. Having had a passion for homes since childhood, April became a licensed Realtor two and a half years ago. As an agent, April’s number one goal is to ensure that her clients get the best home selling/buying experience possible.

"Regardless of if you are buying or selling, real estate is the biggest purchase/investment anyone is going to make in their lives, and it should be an enjoyable experience. Without my clients, I don’t have a career, so taking care of them- and more importantly, getting to know and have fun with them during their real estate transaction- is whats most important to me, by far."
