 Our family faced financial challenges, much like 70% of Brazil’s population. My father, a hardworking butcher, knew the taste of hunger firsthand. He vowed that his children would never experience the same. His dream was simple yet profound: to provide us with opportunities he never had.

Lessons from My Parents: Hard Work, Honesty, and Love
 My father’s hands bore the calluses of labor, but they also held wisdom. He taught me that success isn’t handed out; it’s earned through relentless effort and unwavering honesty. With determination, he lifted us from the poverty line, securing a roof over our heads—a place we could call home.

 And then there was my mother—the heart and soul of our family. She worked tirelessly as a cleaning lady, her hands scrubbing away dirt while her heart overflowed with love. That single green sweater she wore for years became a symbol of resilience—a reminder that love and sacrifice transcend material possessions.
