Julie Hash-Spivey

A licensed real estate agent since 2004, Julie works hard to offer great customer service throughout the home-buying and home-selling process.  Her career began with a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee in Hotel and Restaurant Administration with a minor in Business.  After working several years in the hospitality industry, Julie made the change to the real estate industry where she put her management and people skills to work.  

An East Tennessee native, Julie is familiar with all that the area has to offer...the Smoky Mountains, several lakes, shopping, dining and activities at the University of Tennessee...which is helpful to her clients.  She is an active supporter of the Appalachian Ballet Company, serving six years as a Guild Co-Chair.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two labrador retrievers.  Thinking of moving to the area?  Give Julie a call!
