LJ Cowden

I’m L.J. Cowden, a born-and-raised native of Blount County, and there’s no place I’d rather live! I’m happily married, have 2 wonderful children…and 5 even more wonderful grands. I’m all about family; that’s what excites me about trying to find the perfect home for families and then making it happen for them.

Blount County is one of the most desirable areas to live in Tennessee. I totally understand why so many people have the desire to move here—to the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are so many beautiful mountains nearby, and the friendly people are a plus!

I am a people person. I love meeting new people, so finding the perfect home and guiding each individual or family through the home-buying process is something I love and am excited to do. I know the process can be stressful, and I strive to make it go as smoothly as possible—and with the least amount of stress possible.

My promise to any person or family that the Lord sends my way is: I will work hard to meet your needs and do it with honesty, integrity and by treating you the way I would want to be treated. Smiles go a long way! I will advertise your property using the Internet (which is, in my opinion, the best way); and also with magazine ads, emails, the newspaper and open houses.
