Melanie Richards Young

Melanie Young is from Elizabethton, Tennessee, and has lived in Knoxville since 2011. She started as an unlicensed assistant in 2018 but quickly fell in love with the real estate business and decided to get her own license. As transaction coordinator, Melanie's job is to keep everyone on track, make sure deadlines are met, and communicate with all parties involved to keep the transaction smooth. In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Zebo.
