About My Designations

		The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the highest credential awareded to residential sales agents by the National Association of Realtors®. Real estate professionals who desire to earn this designation must complete an educational program and meet minimum sales requirements (number of transactions and sales volume). They must also be a member in good standing in the Residential Real Estate Council.
		The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation is designed to help real estate professionals meet the needs of maturing Americans when buying or selling residential or investment properties, and when relocating. Agents with this designation have completed a two-day training course and passed an exam.  Additionally, they must maintain good standing with the National Association of Realtors® and the SRES® Council.
		The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation prepares real estate agents to better serve and protect clients through a comprehensive understanding of new tech, laws, and procedures. The education covers a broad range of subject matter enhancing professionalism and success. To earn the designation, one must complete the training required in his or her state, and be a member of good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.
