Will Beeler is an award winning Realtor with Realty Executives Associates and owner of Will Beeler Homes which offers design, renovation, & project management services. Will didn’t simply stumble into real estate, his passion for housing was evident at an early age drafting floor plans and elevations from age 7. Will took his hobby to the next level designing renovations while completing studies in Political Science and Economics at UT Knoxville.

Being a Designer, Realtor, and Investor has curated a skill set that not only allows him to accurately value/market any property, but also unlock it’s full potential by advising his clients on how to make a home work for them while adding beauty and value.

Will has been designing/renovating for nearly 20yrs and selling for over a decade working at all price points from investment property to multi-million dollar estates. He realizes that in real estate you’re making financial & emotional investments in both yourself and in the soul of your community. The mission and passion is simple “help people enhance their lives through real estate.”

When he’s not assisting clients, you’ll find Will playing tennis and golf, hiking in the beautiful Smokys, searching for that next great bottle of wine, exploring the world, and volunteering for local non-profits.
