Lisa Brewer

As the General Manager at Realty Executives Kansas City, I oversee the operations, growth, and performance of one of the leading real estate companies in the region. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, I have a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar real estate businesses, developing and implementing effective strategies, and mentoring and coaching agents and staff to achieve their goals.

I joined Realty Executives in July 2023, after serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Licensed Realtor at Reece Nichols | Koehler Bortnick Team for over eight years. During my tenure, I helped the team close over $470 million in real estate sales in 2022, with more than 900 transactions. I was responsible for leading and managing a team of 60+ Realtors, 10 full-time staff, and 2 partners across five offices in the Kansas City area. I also handled CRM management, lead tracking, contract negotiations, real estate marketing, and daily accountability for the team. My expertise includes selling resale homes, new home construction, for sale by owner homes, working with real estate developers and builders, and managing new home community projects. I am also a Licensed Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist.
