Jim Denham of Realty Executives of Kansas City in Leawood brings decades of experience in residential, land, commercial and industrial real estate to help homebuyers, sellers and investors achieve their goals.

Jim launched his real estate career in 1978 and has “seen it all.”

“I have worked in all aspects of real estate, owned several businesses including two real estate franchises. I’ve also developed eight developments,” Jim explains.

Well-rounded experience and integrity sets Jim apart from the competition. It’s his standard to keep clients and industry partners well informed and look out for the best interests of the clients who have trusted him to represent them.

Jim has made it his practice to give back to the industry on a local and state level as well, serving as President of his local board of Realtors® and MLS twice, as well as championing state-level committees as well.
