About Me

Using my + 40 years of business experience in helping families, businesses and real estate investors with a wide range of real estate needs, I pride myself in bringing peoples dreams and aspirations to reality. I currently live in Wantage with my wife Cyndi, we recently celebrated our 43rd anniversary. We have lived in beautiful Sussex county for over 35 years raising three children and are the proud grandparents of ten beautiful grandchildren!

I have 43 years of business experience holding positions on Corporate and Non-Profit Board of Directors as well serving Senior executive roles, including Treasurer and CFO for major paint manufacturing companies. I have held a wide range of real estate responsibilities throughout my career that makes me uniquely qualified to assist in a very broad range of Residential, Commercial and Investment properties.

Experience

RESIDENTIAL

Headed Corporate Relocation Program for Benjamin Moore Paints- assisted employees throughout North America transferring to NJ Corporate office and other Eastern Division US locations. This included assisting with the sale and purchasing of an employee’s home, managing all associated financing, closing costs, various miscellaneous expense and related tax work. Successfully relocating employees and settling families in new homes that they loved was always a rewarding piece of work in my long career!

 My extensive dealings with banks and finance companies offers great financial market insight.  Raising my family in Sussex county has given me personal knowledge and understanding of the excellent area schools (set stage for my children becoming doctors & teachers), wonderful outdoor space and activities, and the many amenities and abundant treasures the area offers. My personal experience in making four family moves has allowed me to understand the challenges and stress points that can impact families and pitfalls to avoid in achieving a smooth real estate transaction for my customers.

COMMERCIAL

Directed North American Facilities – This included the US and Canada, the sale of manufacturing facilities, construction of new paint plants, leasing warehouse space, office space, design center and retail paint store in NYC.

Working with state, county and local government in obtaining grants and financing for real estate projects

Board member for Chamber of Commerce and served on several committees

Working with several states Environmental Protection Agencies in satisfactorily mitigating Phase II requirement on property sales

Worked and assisted store owners with financial and credit assistance.

Lead negotiator in purchasing Corporate Headquarters building in Montvale, NJ and directing fit out and move of its employees.
