In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of working from North Myrtle Beach to Pawleys Island area, helping clients find their dream coastal properties, whether for retirement, investment, or primary/vacation homes. Beyond real estate, family is everything to me. I’ve been happily married to my best friend, Nick, since 1987, and together we have three children, a son-in-law, two Yorkies, and a cat. Our daughter, a law enforcement officer in Myrtle Beach, led us to spend time in this beautiful area. Our oldest son works in retail, while our youngest is pursuing a Ph.D. at MUSC in Charleston, SC. We’ve lived in Sussex County for over 20 years and cherish the strong ties we’ve developed with the community.
