Maryann Moved to Florida in 1980 from Rocky River, Ohio. Her business career started as a residential loan officer with Barnett Bank in Flagler and Volusia Counties after she graduated with a BBA from Stetson University. At Barnett, she received numerous awards for loan closings in excess of $30,000,000 and ranked in the top 5 of all bank loan officers for high loan production.
In 2000, she was recruited by Suntrust Bank to be part of their lending team. With SunTrust Bank, she was the prime lender for a large new residential development at Harbour Village in Ponce Inlet, Florida. She originated and closed loans for the multi-million dollar project, and also won awards for loan production. She has over 30 successful years in her banking and lending careers.
She was an Affiliate Member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors and received many awards for her leadership and event planning projects. In addition, she was the co-founder of the first Flagler County Habitat for Humanity Chapter in Palm Coast, FL.
Now as a Realtor and a Sales Agent with REALTY EXECUTIVES OCEANSIDE she will focus on finding the perfect dream home for her customers and their families. With her knowledge and experience, she is successful in meeting deadlines and paying attention to every detail in the real estate transaction which benefits her customers in their home search.
When not pursuing her real estate career, her time is spent in music playing flute and has given small solo concerts in Nursing and Hospice facilities. She enjoys cooking, and entertaining. In addition, she enjoys spending time in the Colorado mountains snow skiing with her husband, family, and friends.
