• 2003-2005: Acting Director of City of Mesa’s Environmental Programs Office managing a staff of 5.

• 1996 – 2003: Worked as a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) for the City of Mesa’s Environmental Programs Office.

• 1993 – 1996: Environmental engineering consultant for S.M. Stoller Corporation in New Mexico

• 1993: Graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree
