Hello! I'm guessing you're here because you have a home to sell or you're looking for a home to buy, and you found my page amongst the sea of 80,000+ Real Estate Agents here in Arizona! I know it can be wildly overwhelming deciding which agent to choose, helping you through one of the biggest transactions of your life! My name is Michelle West, and let me start by saying - whether you are looking for a first time home, a custom Luxury property, land, a new construction home, an investment property, or just trying to get some advice on your next move, I am here for you!
EXPERIENCE:
I have been a licensed Realtor since 2017, awarded "Rookie of the Year" my first year in Real Estate, and have been a top-producing agent at Realty Executives every year since. As a born and raised 3rd generation "Arizonan", I have spent my life experiencing, studying, and learning the ins and outs of our beautiful state- specifically, Maricopa County (including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Surprise, Anthem, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Goodyear, and more.) To serve my clients well, I also believe in spending additional time "in the classroom", to better myself as an agent, and provide my clients with the most informed, educated service possible. Over the course of many years, I have earned several additional certifications including SRS, SRES, rCRMS, & GRI (A little more about these certifiations below):
CERTIFICATIONS:
SRS (Seller Representative Specialist): This designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. The SRS Course redefines your agent's "normal" and reinvent the way they represent you, the sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) : The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation.
SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist): This designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
rCRMS(Certified Risk Management Specialist): This designation gives agents additional education and tools to successfully manage real estate transactions for their clients while reducing exposure to risk. Earning this certification gives clients the utmost protection during their transaction! REALTORS® who earn this certification go the extra mile to protect their client’s interests as well as their own. They recognize that in today’s litigious society, good REALTORS® need to anticipate the pitfalls in a real estate transaction for their clients and themselves and be well prepared to avoid them. The requirements for certification must be completed within a two-year period, and rCRMS holders must recertify every two years by taking one rCRMS class every 2 years after earning the certification.
WHAT I LOVE:
Aside from Real Estate, I am most importantly married to my wonderful husband Joshua, a BOY-Mama to three incredible boys, involved in my church, and have a passion for all things foster care and adoption! I always love quality time with friends & family, hiking, music, writing, traveling, and finding a cozy coffee shop with a good chai tea!

As a Realtor®, my job is much more to me than simply helping my clients buy or sell a home.
