I'm a third generation Arizonan. My grandfather and father built homes in the Phoenix metro area for over 40 years. After a 12-year career as a public educator teaching high school in the East Valley, I became a full-time Realtor in 2002. During the past 14 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I also have extensive experience with investment purchases and offer property management services. During my Real Estate career, I have grown my business through client referrals and repeat client business. Because my business model is based on referrals and not heavy marketing or advertising, every client and every transaction is extremely important to me. I will work with buyers and sellers anyhwere in the metro area, but I specialize in the East Valley cities of Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa and Ahwatukee and Scottsdale.
My specialities include primary residence sales and purchases working with both buyers and sellers. As a former educator, I love to work with first-time homebuyers who really like the process of home buying explained to them. I also have extensive experience with investment purchases and property management.
